
For the uninitiated, fanzines are, in the main, independently run and produced by fans for the fans in a printed magazine format. “Red All Over The Land” is Liverpool FC’s last fanzine standing, 28 years in the making, approaching its 300th edition and after being a lifetime supporter and reader of this publication I am now a proud, occasional contributor to a column entitled “Yesterday’s Paper”. To this end, my ninth article was published in this month’s edition based on my Medium article linked immediately below and hence now in print as per the images reproduced below too.
So here’s an albeit brief article that allows me to wallow in some love for Mo Salah, even more self regarding nonsense and more than a little bragging!
