Welcome to a non-human graveyard!

For a man not commonly known for his brevity in the use of the English language, I’ll buck the trend on this momentous occasion and simply state I was enthralled watching this documentary film last evening and rather than weaving a tale of “burial rituals” and ceremonies or the reverence clearly held by this “not human species” for the family and for their dearly departed, or the language of symbols etched and marked upon their graves deep in middle earth and a history we can’t possibly make sense of, I’ll leave all of this for the documentary film, for Dr Lee Berger or even the sly dry wit of English comedian, Russell Brand.
The video below is a perfect accompaniment to a brilliant documentary film and should this deep cave dive into ancient civilisations pique your interest, can I recommend the documentary “Cave of Forgotten Dreams” by Werner Herzog (as well as any and all of his excellent documentary films) or perhaps the Netflix series “Ancient Apocalypse”, my appraisal of which is also linked below:
